HOTEL DELIVERY

You can collect it upon check-in at the front desk. Be sure that the name of the order match with the name of the Hotel booking

RESIDENCE DELIVERY

Receive it directly at your residence. The package will be delivered in hand (Monday to Friday)

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

If you chose Wifi rent , you will receive the following package.
It includes:
– The hotspot with battery;
– One EU wall charger* and one USB cable;
– Simple instructions on how to use the device;
– The hotspot WiFi password;
– A ready to return envelope to drop in any UPS point.

*for Ireland and some areas in Italy you will need a travel adapter (not provided)

If you order a data SIM card, you will receive the following package.
It includes:
– The SIM card;
– Simple instructions on how to use the SIM;
– A ready to return envelope to drop in any UPS point;
